The nearest international airport Kraków-Balice  is located  at a distance of about 110 km from Zakopane. It is well connected  with the  major European hub airports.

• On  Sunday, August 28, we will provide a shuttle bus from Krakow to Zakopane,  deparure from Krakow city center at 12:30 and 14:30, and from Krakow-Balice Airport at 13:00 and 15:00. Details of passenger pick-up points will be provided later.
• Return buses from Zakopane to Krakow (via the airport) will be offered on Sunday, September 4, approximate arrival times at the airport are 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

Please indicate on the registration form if you will be using the conference bus.
